served with light coconut curry sauce, new potatoes & selected fresh vegetables

Grilled wild boar sausages topped with apple chutney
served with herb mash, selected fresh vegetables & gravy

Roast chicken breast coated with cajun spices
served with natural yoghurt, fresh mint & cucumber raita, rice & selected fresh vegetables

Baked aubergine filled with puy lentils & mediterranean fresh vegetables
topped with mozzarella & served with salad
