The 606 Club is available for private hire both during the day (9am to 6pm), and in the evenings. We can accommodate up to 175 people in our unique, atmospheric restaurant.
Daytime hire is available seven days a week, exclusive evening use is possible Sunday to Thursday (depending on availability.)

The 606 Club can be used for a variety of daytime events, from business presentations or photographic shoots to special meals such as Xmas dinners, birthday or office celebrations etc. Cost of daytime hire is on application, being dependant on the use required, the number of staff needed, and the length of time the room is used for. In the case of food and drink being supplied by the Club, the cost of the catering will be deducted from the overall charge, thus if enough people are being catered for there will be no actual charge for the use of the room!
Daytime use covers the hours 9.00am to 5.00pm, and complete vacation of the room by 5.30pm at the latest is requested in order to allow time for the Club to be cleaned and set up for the evening.
The Club is available for exclusive evening use from Sunday to Thursday (not, I'm afraid, Fridays or Saturdays). There is no hire charge for the room as such, but a minimum total spend on food and drink of £2,550 ex VAT is required. Should there be a shortfall on this figure then a hire charge to bring the total spend to the required level will be levied, i.e. if the spend for the night is £2,200 + VAT, then an additional fee of £350 + VAT will be requested to achieve the £2,550 + VAT total. If the spend is in excess of £2,550 + VAT then no further additional charges will be made.
Food can be provided either in the form of a buffet (particularly suitable for parties), or as a set menu 2/3 course meal (for Special Events such as birthdays, anniversaries etc.). Our chefs also create wonderful canapes.
The room can be arranged according to your exact requirements, whether you'd like to create space for a dancefloor, create an intimate dining experience for your guests or have a lavish feast with big tables.
Table linen, balloons and pretty much anything else you'd like can also be provided (at an extra charge, dependant on what you'd like). Most often people like the Club to be set up as it is on a normal night, but we can create any look you desire, from clean crisp bistro tables, to an ornate wedding table layout.
Our chef offers a wide range of canape, buffet and sit-down menu options and can cater for all tastes and dietary requirements. Please call or email the Club to request sample menus.
Music (and other entertainment)
We can advise on all kinds of live music and DJs for the evening. The Club runs a music agency with over 800 musicians on the books and can arrange music of any kind for your event. The cost of this varies depending on the musicians you choose, just contact us for more information on what's available to you. We are also able to provide other kinds of entertainment - with our wide range of contacts in the entertainment industry, we can source high-quality entertainers of any kind from magicians to dancers to bingo callers!
A minimum of two door/floor staff and one bar person will be provided at a cost of £95/person for the first 9 hours. This is calculated from staff’s arrival at the Club for ‘set-up’, which will be dependant on the time guests are expected to arrive, until the Club has been cleared at the end of the event. The number of guests at the event will determine the number of staff required. Any extra time worked by our staff will be charged at £10.00 per hour or part thereof for the first additional hour and £5.00 for each additional 1/2 hour worked thereafter.
Organisational needs are tailored to the individual event and a £50.00 administrative fee is charged for this service. Every effort is made to make each party a very special occasion; all details are fully discussed and subject to written confirmation.
A non-returnable deposit of £750 is required, payable by the 1st of the previous month, this will be deducted from the final invoice. Payment is due within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. Please note that, in cases where the party is being arranged by more than 1 person, whoever has booked the Club is responsible for organising payment.
