At 10:30pm on Wednesday 14th November 2001 Alan Leat passed away quietly and peacefully in his sleep. I for one will miss him, and his memory will be with me always. The scene, which was richer for his presence will now be poorer for his loss. Rest in peace.

As you can see we have PRIVATE PARTIES this month The Club is a great place to have a party, we are now very experienced at this, but I do restrict the numbers in any one month. For full information on how the Private Parties work here there is a comprehensive run down on the web site. Just log on and then click on the "Private Parties" button on the menu to the left of the screen. Incidentally, if you are thinking of booking for 12 OR MORE PEOPLE, there is also a "Group Bookings" icon in the "Menus" section of the site that lists all the various FIXED PRICE MENU options for larger parties. I know, I know, it’s all very technological, but if you can’t beat ’em…….!

You may have noticed by now that we carry small unobtrusive (but very effective!) ADVERTS IN THE GIG GUIDE. They are very reasonably priced (around the £50/55 mark), and we often have the odd space available (I try to only carry advertising that I think is appropriate).
