Rachel Calladine: Singer
Rachael actually gave me the second worst tape I'd ever heard! When I first came across her in the mid nineties she was a pleasant but unremarkable singer, although clearly talented. Five years down the line she has become, through a natural musicality and gift for performance, one of the best female vocalists anywhere.

As well as professional work with performers such as the The Spice Girls and Kylie Minogue, Rachael has also clearly confirmed her Jazz credentials with appearances alongside such artists as NYJO and Ian Shaw (see below). Her latest cd, entitled "Ten Songs", was received with great critical acclaim, and sold so well that a second manufacturing run was required!

She deps regularly in my band Samara, and she is, quite simply, a joy to work with and a joy to listen to. She sings an exciting mix of Jazz, Latin and more contemporary Soul/R&B standards, and is yet another musician whose support for the Club has been tireless.
