Update, Wednesday 22nd December: While we are going forward with the '606 Christmas Jam' however, we are not inviting various guests onto the bandstand to play in spontaneous fashion as we would normally do - that doesn't seem sensible at the moment. Therefore, we will only feature our 'house band' Samara with special guest, the excellent groove and jazz singer Lily Dior. In addition, as dancing isn't 'Covid-secure' we won't be doing any of that either. So sorry we can't have a proper knees up, but let's think positively for 2022!

Well, Xmas is almost upon us, and at this time of the year we really get in to the spirit of it all! This is the last night for us before we close for the holidays and we traditionally invite all the musicians who have performed at the Club through the year to come down for a jam. The band featured tonight is Club boss Steve Rubie’s group Samara, and the music is an infectious mix of jazz, Latin and Groove. After the mid evening "Jam session" we usually take the tables out for the last set so everyone can dance, so bring your dancing shoes and prepare to have a great time! More information to follow...
