Flaming Alligators
Inspired by the likes of iconic New Orleans jazz & blues musicians such as Allen Toussaint, Professor Longhair, The Meters, Earl King & Jimmie Vaughan as well as UK bands the Coalminers and Dom and the Iko’s, The Flaming Alligators are a welcome addition to the European blues circuit! Fronted by multi-instrumentalist/singer Harry Whitty, the band features a standout lineup with Rob Updegraff-guitar, Tom Waters-alto saxophone/piano, Johnny Mayers-bass and Jack Thomas-drums who collectively have worked with Dana Gillespie, Mark Kavuma/Banger Factory, Ronnie Wood, Cinelli Brothers, Laufey, West End shows such as Chicago, Sister Act & more. Boasting some of the finest instrumental playing in the UK mixed with a deep love of the blues and vocal harmony seasoned with flavours of New Orleans, Texas and Chicago, this promises to be a terrific show.
