Born in Sao Paolo, Brazil, bass player Moyses dos Santos showed an aptitude for the instrument from a very early age, but his career really took off on his move to London in the late 2000’s. A bass player for top artists including Janelle Monáe, Gavin James, The Vamps, Zak Abel, Omar, Kamaal Williams and Freya Ridings, Moyses has been more recently in studio co-writing songs with artists such as Emeli Sandé and Celeste. In past years Moyses has appeared several times to capacity audiences here at the Club, often with fellow 606 Club favourite drummer Pete Ray Biggin (Level 42/PB Underground). The music tonight is heavily Groove-based, featuring singers Will Heard, Kate Stewart & Joseph Lawrence along with a horn section of Sam Warner-trumpet & Leo Richardson-sax. Always a great vibe.
