The legendary 606 New Year's Eve Extravaganza looks set to be as funky as ever! With a collective of eight world class musicians performing an infectious blend of dance-inducing R&B & Latin/Jazz - and our exclusive NYE 606 Club menu this is guaranteed to be a spectacular night! Along with the house band, we are very pleased that one of the finest soul and groove singers, 606 favourite Imaani (incognito) will be joining us as a special guest to celebrate New Year’s arrival in fine style.

The band will play for dancing from 11:00-2:00 so come ready to party!
We are also pleased to be featuring in our earlier, dinner music, set one of the finest pianists currently working on the International jazz scene, the wonderful Neil Angilley, who will perform with his guest trio.

The club will be decorated for this special occasion to make it an evening to remember. And, our Chef JP creates a wonderful bespoke New Year’s Eve menu to ensure that the food is absolutely perfect. The atmosphere of the evening is nothing short of brilliant, so don't be surprised if you find yourself dancing with someone you've only just met!

Lobster, Ginger Bisque with crostini
Bresaola (Cured Beef) with vanilla pickled vegetables
Baked Artichoke Heart filled with herbed goat cheese mousse, sundried tomato, basil dressing, quail eggs and pomegranate (v)
Grilled Roeless Fresh Scallops, hazelnut butter, pancetta and rocket salad
Duo of Crab Mousse on toasted brioche and Smoked Salmon with wasabi crème fraîche
Venison Wellington with mash root vegetables, (pancetta, mushroom duxelle), port gravy
Roasted Paprika Dolce Latte Crusted Beef Fillet with Madeira jus, fondant potato
Breast of Pheasant stuffed with comté cheese, portobello mushroom with chestnut velouté, root vegetables mash
Panfried Fresh Halibut Fillet with basil infused fennel, sundried tomato croquettes, fresh asparagus
Vegetarian Strudel (kale, spinach, mushrooms, squash, gruyère cheese and chestnuts) wrapped in filo pastry sheets served with roasted sweet pepper couli and fondant potato (v)
All main courses are served with a selection of fresh garden vegetables.
