Rob Barron/Nick Costley White Quartet
Tonight, the highly respected pianist Rob Barron (Al Jarreau, Patti Austin, Marlena Shaw) brings his new quartet to the Club featuring the award-winning guitarist Nick Costley-White (Yamaha Scholarship for Outstanding Jazz Musician) alongside two of the country’s most in demand sidemen, Calum Gourlay-bass and Josh Morrison-drums. The music will feature original compositions from Rob and Nick plus arrangements of classic jazz standards in the style of Wes Montgomery, Hank Jones and Cedar Walton. A really swinging affair with a modern touch.
