Rob Mullarkey Band - Homage to John Scofield
Bassist Rob Mullarkey (Jacob Collier, Laura Mvula, Zero 7... as well as the critically renowned jazz/experimental duo 'Brotherly') has assembled his “most wanted” team of musicians to pay homage to one of jazz music's most significant artists: guitarist John Scofield. With an emphasis on Scofield's golden-era 'Hand Jive' years, Rob will be joined by an accomplished and unique quintet featuring Paul Stacey (Noel Gallagher, Black Crowes) on guitar, Ross Stanley (Simply Red, Jim Mullen, Jacqui Dankworth) on organ and piano, Pat Levett (Coalminers, Jon Cleary, Tom Jones) on harmonica and percussion and Troy Miller (Laura Mvula, Amy Winehouse) on drums. With such an incredible array of talent, this promises to be a very special show.
